This policy explains what personal information DeskNimble collects, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and billing details you enter at checkout.
- Account details: your login email and order history, so you can access your downloads and courses.
- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Basic usage data: cookies needed to run the cart, checkout and login, and, if enabled, analytics or advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel) to understand which ads and pages work.
How we use it
- To process your order and give you access to what you bought
- To send order emails, download links and support replies
- To send product updates or tips, only if you’ve opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the store, such as our payment gateway, web hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, and only as needed for those services. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and account data for as long as your account is active.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing desknimble@gmail.com. Some order records must be kept for legal reasons.
Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and downloads are protected so only buyers can access them.
